Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how WANTS SANITARY FITTINGS (PVT.) LTD manages shipping, delivery timelines, advance payment requirements, damaged parcels, and return requests for sanitary products.

How Your Order Is Processed

Order Confirmation

If you are a new customer, our team may confirm your order through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

Processing

Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking ID

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID for shipment updates.

Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered through our courier partner according to the applicable delivery timeline.

1. Shipping Details

Wants Sanitary is dedicated to delivering sanitary products quickly and safely across Pakistan.

We offer free shipping in selected main cities under Zone A for eligible orders above Rs. 5,000.

All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner Leopard Courier to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

2. Free Shipping Cities

Free shipping is available only for selected main cities across Pakistan under Zone A.

If your city is outside the free shipping zone, delivery charges may apply according to courier rates, parcel size, weight, and destination.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is normally 8 to 15 business days after order confirmation.

During peak season, sale campaigns, high-demand periods, or courier delays, delivery may take up to 15 working days.

Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

New customer orders may be verified through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

After confirmation and dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking ID to check shipment status.

Customers are requested to provide correct phone number, WhatsApp number, and shipping address to avoid delays.

5. Advance Payment Policy

For standard orders, a 5% advance payment is required for order confirmation.

For customized or personalized orders, a 30% advance payment is required before processing begins due to the special nature of the product.

High-value orders may require additional advance payment according to our official Payment Policy.

6. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package is clearly damaged, opened, wet, broken, or the flyer/box seal is broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.

After refusing the parcel, please contact our support team immediately with your order details so we can review the issue with the courier partner.

7. Returns Policy

Return requests may be reviewed only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order.

Customers should report any return-related issue as soon as possible after receiving the order, along with clear photos/videos of the parcel and product.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with packaging, accessories, and invoice where applicable.

8. Important Return Conditions

Products damaged due to installation, misuse, mishandling, water pressure issues, improper fitting, or customer negligence will not be eligible for return.

Customized, personalized, special-size, or specially arranged products cannot be returned unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

Wants Sanitary reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection and verification.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if the product is received damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order.

Non-Returnable Items

Installed, used, damaged after delivery, customized, personalized, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.

Damaged Package

If the package is clearly damaged or the flyer/box seal is broken at delivery time, please do not accept the parcel.
