Full advance payment is required before order dispatch.
Customized / Personalized Orders
30% Advance
30% advance is required for order confirmation, regardless of order value, due to the personalized nature of the product.

Note: The 5% advance serves as an order confirmation fee for standard orders, while customized orders require a 30% advance to begin processing. The remaining balance is collected as per the applicable tier above.

Payment Process & Verification

Bank Transfer
All advance payments must be made through online bank transfer to Wants Sanitary's official bank account.

Account Details
Our customer service team will share the relevant official bank account details through WhatsApp or email once your order is placed.

Payment Confirmation
After completing the transfer, please share a screenshot or receipt of the transaction with us on WhatsApp at 0321 6494603.

Order Dispatch
Once our accounts department verifies the payment, your order will be cleared for processing and dispatch.
