When Can an Order Be Cancelled?

An order may be cancelled only when processing, verification, or delivery cannot be completed properly.

Out of Stock

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the order may be cancelled.

Unreachable Customer

If we are unable to contact the customer within seven (7) days for verification or delivery coordination.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If technical, production, payment, or logistics issues prevent the order from being processed or fulfilled.

1. Order Cancellation Criteria

Wants Sanitary aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, an order may be cancelled by our system or management if it cannot be verified, processed, produced, or delivered successfully.

Orders may also be cancelled due to stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, duplicate orders, delivery limitations, payment issues, or any other operational reason that affects order fulfillment.

2. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled due to out-of-stock status, verification failure, delivery limitations, or any issue from our side, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds are normally processed within three to five (3 to 5) business days after cancellation approval.

The actual time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.

3. Customer Notification

If your order is cancelled, our support team will try to notify you through the phone number, email address, or contact details provided during checkout.

The notification may include the cancellation reason and refund status, where applicable.

4. Promotional Exceptions

Orders placed during special promotions, discounts, flash sales, bundle offers, or clearance campaigns may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Any special cancellation or refund condition related to promotional orders will be mentioned on the product page, offer details, or during checkout where applicable.

5. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate phone number, email address, delivery address, and order details to avoid unnecessary cancellation or delivery delays.

Wants Sanitary will not be responsible for cancellation, failed delivery, or delayed communication caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
