Shipping & Delivery

Yes, Wants Sanitary delivers products across Pakistan through trusted courier services. Delivery charges and timelines may vary depending on city, parcel size, weight, and order value.

Standard delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days after order confirmation. During peak season, holidays, or high-demand periods, delivery may take longer.

If the parcel is clearly damaged, opened, wet, broken, or the seal is broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Contact our support team immediately with your order details.

Returns & Support

Returns may be accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Customized, personalized, special-size, or specially arranged products are generally not returnable unless they are received damaged or incorrect.
